We prioritize community over convenience. That starts with looking out for more than ourselves and encouraging our people to do the same.

We’re offline on purpose. We recognize the good in others when we’re face to face, not behind a screen.

We know that open doors open hearts, and open hearts open minds. We think seeing people, places, and purposes in a new light isn't as hard as it seems.

HOPE Yoga Library is a coworking space rooted in community, reciprocity, and trust.

At the end of the day, HOPE believes in the human spirit and in the best of what we have to offer. By equipping ourselves and our community with the space, knowledge, and resources to do right by each other, we reclaim a world that works for all of us.

Want to explore on your own terms? Book a Day Trip to give HOPE Yoga Library a trial run and make sure we click before you make the commitment.

HOPE contains multitudes. Inside our home, you’ll find:

Coworking

Consider HOPE Yoga Library your new remote office space. Whether you need complete quiet or a bit of background noise, we’ve got you covered!

Lending Library

We’ve built our very own “wellness library,” full of the necessities our community might need. All of our members can borrow from our library of books, clothes, and other goods as they please.

Community Events

Alongside our anchor events, we’re always adding new workshops, talks, and activities to the calendar. All of our programming is designed to cultivate a more HOPEful future for ourselves.

Conscious Kids Corner

What’s a community without kids? Our Conscious Kids Corner was created by an early childhood educator to provide HOPEful kids with a safe and supportive environment to explore the world around them.

Meditation Den

HOPE Yoga Library has a dedicated space for solo mindful meditation whenever you need it. You can also join us for our weekly group meditation class on Saturdays!

One space. Limitless opportunity to discover who you are and everything you can become when you have the right community around you.

You are what you learn: introducing HOPE Yoga Library’s book club membership

At HOPE Yoga Library, we believe the words we take in shape who we become. Reading together — and really listening to one another — is how we widen what’s possible, one perspective at a time.

The Book Pool Club is our way of fostering respectful, compassionate dialogue within our community.

Members choose their own books, and each month, we move through a new theme together. This isn’t a debate or a book report. Rather, it’s a space where we can share with one another, expose ourselves to new points of view, and build a collective understanding of the world.

HOPE spreads hope: do your part and come hang out with us!

Check out our schedule and don’t forget to add your favorites to your own calendar.

Meet the Humans Behind HOPE

XB

XB (Xavier Bozhidar) is an avid reader from his first day earthside. His love for books is what brings him the most hope, especially his toddler copy of the legendary MJ (Michael Jordan) biography, where he learned how to stay determined and follow your dreams, even if you’ve been cut from the high school team. MJ and books always have XB is always dreaming and his big imagination is how HOPE Yoga Library Yoga Library came to be! Thanks, XB!

Paula Pavlova

(aka our Founder’s Mom) is an artist, writer, and recovering entrepreneur from the Washington, DC area, currently living in San Francisco with her husband and their miniature zoo comprising two long dogs, four cats, and one African Grey parrot. She studied sociology as an undergraduate at Texas Christian University and recently obtained a Master's degree from UC Law in Health Policy & Law in partnership with UCSF.

Hans Harris

(aka our Founder’s Dad) is an affordable housing developer and library enthusiast. His first job in high school was at the local library, which he balanced with his role as concertmaster for his school’s orchestra. He went on to receive a degree in Business and Finance from Washington and Lee. Since then, he’s fallen in love with San Francisco and bringing his passion for housing as a human right into the public conversation.

Our Leadership

✳︎ Our Leadership

Heidi

I am inspired by art, beauty, science, and culture. Growing up in Colorado as an athlete sparked a lifelong passion for nature, health, spirituality, and service. For me the ultimate exploration is deepening love and connection with myself and others, which is such a gift to explore at HOPE Yoga Library.

Jaida

Jaida graduated from Eastern Carolina University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She designed the Conscious Kids Corner at HOPE Yoga Library, and is a primary influence in our children’s programming.

Fun Fact: She’s an ARIANATOR! She flew to london to see her concert!

Abi

I’m hopeful for the solutions my generation will come up with. We’ve grown up through uniquely challenging circumstances that have equipped us with new ideas that can change our future.

Fun fact: I graduated high school early to take a gap year and help at HOPE Yoga Library!

Lidia

I’m hopeful about people, new beginnings, and what can happen when we create something together.

Fun fact: I’m endlessly curious and almost always have a new idea brewing!

Joyce

Seeing people be kind, open, and curious makes me extremely hopeful. I love seeing people ask thoughtful questions and truly see one another.

Fun Fact: Earlier this year, I walked 550 miles over 33 days in Europe!

Our Interns

Melania

What makes me hopeful is seeing how people can come together, support each other, and make a positive difference in the world. I hope that the future brings more kindness, understanding, and opportunities for everyone.

Fun Fact:
I love animals!

Simone

What brings me hope is when people verbalize their gratitude because it brings the community together.

Fun Fact:
I gave up my phone for a year!

Chloe

What makes me hopeful is the life ahead of me. I am excited to create new memories, meet new people, experience new things, and the person I will become. I am hopeful because I am able to remind myself that my future isn’t written yet and there are a multitude of amazing life experiences that are waiting for me as time goes on.

Alice

What makes me hopeful is having an outlet like soccer and just sports in general!

Fun Fact:
I play soccer!

Rose

What gives me hope is seeing the younger generation speak up and tackle big issues head-on. Looking ahead, I hope we all build deeper, more meaningful connections with one another.

Fun Fact:
I’ve managed to step on a sea urchin three times!
